After giving it very little thought, the WAB in WAB Corner now stands for "Wargaming All-Kinds of Battles." Topics include current painting projects your humble correspondent may be working on as well as games he has muddled through. The area of operations is in the vicinity of Tacoma, Washington, USA. The group this blogger is affiliated with is called the Puyallup (War)gamers - a subgroup (lackey entity?) of the Northwest Historical Gaming Society.

General Rowland Hill - Commanding
He's now ready to command the brigades that will take on the French this Saturday. I have couple of spare Perry figures that I may swap out with the Victrix foot guys here.
Very nice take on 'Daddy' Hill there Dean. He's always been a particular favourite being a local man made good and all that. Good luck with your weekend undertaking. Regards HGA.
Wow, you live in his stomping grounds? Cool! The more I learn about him, the more I'm impressed with the guy. Actually, most of the British commanders are impressive. I look at them like they were the "Good Guys" fighting a war they didn't start. I know that's an overly romantic view, and I actually favor the French in games - LOL! Best, Dean
As a slight digression you may want to check out Hawkstone Park the Hill family home. Theres some wonderful follies and Red Castle, unique to say the least. Regards HGA.

That's a nice vignette/command stand you have there, I wish I could see all your stuff in real life! I beat they are a treat to see on the table.
Cheers
Eric
I might nick your command base composition for my own Daddy Hill command base!
