Musicians for Norfolk & Oxford

Here are the remaining two figures from the plastic Perry sets of the WotR Infantry and European Mercenaries. The one on left is painted up as a musician for Norfolk and the one on the right for Oxford. Both freshly swabbed with Minwax.
I see I may need to dab some of the stain off certain areas - like the rear of the cap on the Norfolk guy.
And a shot of them prior to the stain.
They'll be given a shot of Testors Dullcote as soon as they're dry.

  3. Nice! I really like the trumpeter's outfit. Enjoy seeing your before and after dip photos. Isn't is amazing how much depth the minwax adds?

    Great stuff!

    1. Thanks, Jonathan. Yes, if it weren't for the staining, it would take a lot more effort. Best, Dean

  4. Great work, Dean, you've clearly managed to combine quality and quantity!

And those Perry sculpts are really something, top shelf.

  5. What fun. Add a muddy base and they could play Glastonbury. :)
