Here are the Perry 9 and 6 pounders based.
I also rebased a couple of Sash & Saber French 12 pounders. These were initially on bases with only the guns, with the crews singly based on washers. Technically, the 12 pounders were assigned to the Guard, so these Line crews shouldn't really be with these guns, but...
Really nice work Dean!
ReplyDeleteDean - these are magnificent - beautifully done. I'm thinking of doing all mine again with the crews of the gun base but that would require artillery casualty markers (one per battery) which would take some time - although I have done it for my FPW artillery - and they do look good, its still a lot more work. But your RHA there have inspired me!

Doc
Fabulous work Dean!!!
ReplyDeleteSplendid Dean! I particularly like the Perrys. Must... resist...
ReplyDeleteThank you kindly, Gentlemen!
ReplyDeleteDoc: Although Black Powder doesn't require the crew to be based with the gun, I've found it much easier to move about during the game if they were all incorporated on one base. Shouldn't be too bad for the occasional Sharp Practice game too. Best, Dean
