This site was created late in 2008, just a few years after first becoming involved in wargaming. As you can tell by the name, WAB was my introduction to this community. I appreciate the following and comments this blog receives, and give all thanks and credit to my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. It may seem odd that this blog appears to focus on the folly of mankind's continuous warfare, but I believe I can still enjoy this hobby so long as I put Him first in all I do. Maranatha!

Dixon's Samurai Light Field Gun - Finished
Since Divine Wind will likely never appear - plan to use the artillery rules from Armies of Chivalry for this piece.
It looks really great! Divine Wind could appear in War and Conquest that Rob is working on. However, if you mean for WAB then your right we are likely not to see it.
I have that very same model in a bag in my garage... was despairing as to how to paint it. You've done an excellent job here. Thanks for the inspiration! Now all we need are some rules....
Thanks for the kind words, Michael. There is a "bootleg" WAB Samurai list - it's on the WAB UK Forum site; along with an Imjin addition to it. Also, Rob Broom has mentioned that his already developed (but never printed) Divine Wind work may be appearing as a War and Conquest list. Best, Dean

Thank you for the great comments.
ReplyDeleteChristopher: It would be another plus for W&C if it is in there. Warm Regards, Dean
