Yamato (Pre-Samurai) DBA Army

Well here is the army arrayed - less an element stand of Psiloi. They're on a nice display board my buddy Pat L. (Socal Warhammer) gave me a few weeks ago.
Still need to attach an appropriate flag to the standard bearer.
The bases were cut from some plasticard stands that I already had - they have magnetic sheet bottoms.
These were the first 15mm figures I've ever painted; and I found them not at all displeasing to paint up.

  7. Great looking army! Fielding a DBA army provides as close to instant gratification as we can get in our hobby. You made short work of getting it finished.

This project has removed any prejudices I may have held against 15mm in the past.

  11. That is great news Dean regarding to your confession painting 15mm figures is not so bad after all and you are properly considering painting up more DBA or even Basic Impetus armies, which is great!

um..any chance you switching on comment "reply" option? Threaded commenting allows a reader to reply to other reader comments or your comments on that post.
